Do you have signed confidentiality agreements?
Yes, all current members of staff have signed confidentiality agreements.

How do you check the suitability of the staff you employ?
All prospective new staff will have a standard CRB / Police background check.

What security systems do you use?
Our storage facility is loacated within secure gated premises, we have state of the art CCTV Mobotix cameras, MI2 model we use 24/7 secure recording of video and audio which is safely backed up offsite.

Do you have fire protection?
Yes, for your total piece of mind we use the latest optical fire beam protection system.

Can you track your collection & delivery vehicles?
Yes, we use SmarTrack (Utrack) vehicle monitoring system, giving up to the minute GPS data of our vehicles - as used by the emergency services.

Where do you shred the documents?
We do all our confidetial data destruction & shredding on site.

What happens to my shredded documents?
All confidential shredded paper is sent off site to be 100% recycled.

Are you registered to store my data?
Yes, we are registered with ICO, data protection act 1998, Reg No: Z1281061

All of the documents received will be treated in the strictest confidence at all times. All our employees have been CRB and Police background checked, and all have signed confidentiality agreements.
